Junior HR Generalist – Part-time

Role Overview

• You support the expansion of our teams by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
• You translate our project requirements into precisely worded job postings
• You communicate with applicants, schedule interview appointments and assist during interviews
• You contribute your ideas when creating onboarding materials
• You manage 1–2 open positions simultaneously — with clear goals that we steer together
• You gradually familiarize yourself with topics such as data protection, IT and employment law
• You conduct needs and market analyses to make working at InfoTip even more attractive
• You leave your mark on our company culture by, for example, introducing additional benefits

Requirements

• Excellent German and good English skills (German C1; English B2) to confidently conduct job interviews
• Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., business administration, social sciences)
• Ideally some initial experience in recruiting or HR
• Confident use of Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn various HR tools
• Affinity for social media
• Analytical thinking and a precise working style
• Willingness to learn legal aspects of personnel management
