Support AI Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of change strategies specifically tailored for AI implementations, including stakeholder assessments and change impact analysis.
Enablement & Training: Facilitate AI-focused workshops and enablement sessions, helping users master prompt engineering and Generative AI features within Google Workspace.
Content Creation: Design and deliver high-quality job aids, communication materials, and adoption resources that translate complex AI concepts into actionable user guidance.
Design and execute adoption programs that drive sustained LLM usage. Build activations, ongoing engagement events, and workshops (e.g., Use Case Demos, Lunch & Learns, Promptathons), develop communications campaigns, and adapt tactics.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting resistance management efforts and reinforcing long-term AI adoption plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and program managers to ensure change management activities align with AI deployment milestones.
Internal Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of Wursta’s AI adoption playbooks and best practices as we expand our AI consulting capabilities.
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in change management, corporate training, or technology consulting.
Demonstrated interest in Generative & Agentic AI (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and a clear understanding of how these tools can be applied in a business context.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technological concepts into simple, persuasive language.
Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating engaging presentations or training sessions.
Ability to operate in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks across different client engagements.
Experience with Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci.
Basic understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and prompt engineering best practices.
