Develop and coordinate internal and external communications, including company announcements, newsletters, social media content, website updates, presentations, and marketing materials.
Design engaging graphics and communications using Canva or similar design tools.
Help maintain a consistent and professional company brand across all communications.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, company meetings, luncheons, and special events.
Support Community Impact initiatives, volunteer activities, and employee giving opportunities.
Help create meaningful experiences that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and company culture.
Coordinate facilities-related activities, office supplies, vendors, and meeting logistics.
Maintain the company calendar of internal events and key organizational activities.
Support operational initiatives and assist with special projects that improve the effectiveness of the organization.
Support ISO and CMMI initiatives by coordinating activities, documentation, audit preparation, and follow-up.
Partner with the Quality Management Representative and process owners to help support quality objectives.
Research topics, draft communications, develop presentations, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and assist leadership with strategic projects and business initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Three to six years of professional experience in business operations, communications, marketing, employee engagement, event planning, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
