Structure a practice-oriented curriculum for Business Automation, including tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier/Make and AI integrations
Design and develop all course units, learning materials and presentations from scratch
Design and deliver interactive, location-independent and digital lessons
Create practical exercises for automating standard business processes such as CRM syncs, automated document/invoice processing, or onboarding workflows
Provide training on platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, or similar enterprise solutions
Teach how to integrate LLMs, such as the OpenAI API, into automated workflows
Requirements
Proven experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Make.com or Zapier, and ideally knowledge of Python or JavaScript for advanced scripting
Ability to independently develop and didactically prepare new teaching materials
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, and desirable pedagogical qualifications like a Train-the-Trainer certificate
Confident handling of APIs (REST/JSON), webhooks, cloud databases, and modern SaaS ecosystems
Enjoy simplifying and explaining complex logical processes for career changers and non-technical learners
Business-fluent German for teaching, and good English skills for working with technical documentation
