Role Overview
- Own the product end-to-end; connective tissue between clients, designers, and engineers
- Translate messy requirements into coherent user flows
- Consistently push for new features and smarter frameworks
- Run workshops, present work, and build trust with clients
- Make sense of ambiguity for cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years in product management
- Comfortable across disciplines; know enough design and coding to hold a real conversation
- Ideally, experience in Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Familiarity with AI-tools like Claude
- A natural communicator; simplify without dumbing down and bring stakeholders along
- Curious, opinionated, and adaptable; strong point of view on what makes a great product
- Fluent in German and English
