You will develop and manage our end-to-end recruiting process for primarily technical roles, including identifying and proactively sourcing suitable candidates, especially senior profiles in AI, Data, Software Engineering, Simulation, and Defense Tech.
You will work closely with the executive team, CTO, and technical departments to define precise role requirements and write accurate job descriptions.
You will build structured screening and interview processes, manage talent pools, and ensure strong candidates are systematically nurtured and re-engaged.
You will automate repetitive steps across the recruiting workflow.
You will work with recruiting tools, job boards, automation platforms, and, where appropriate, AI-based screening and matching approaches.
You will ensure a professional candidate experience: clarity, speed, and reliability are more important than HR jargon.
You will support the establishment of basic people processes, such as onboarding, contract procedures, role profiles, goal setting, development reviews, and retention measures.
Requirements
Several years of experience in tech recruiting, ideally within a software, AI, data, cyber, defense-tech, or deep-tech environment
Strong understanding of technical roles in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Software Development, DevOps, Simulation, Embedded/Edge, or System Architecture
Experience recruiting senior and specialist profiles
Process-oriented with a commitment to run recruiting in a data-driven and structured way
Experience with ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn/Xing recruiting, and active sourcing
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, scripting, or AI-assisted workflows
Clear and reliable communication internally and with candidates
Good understanding of a security
and defense-related environment with specific requirements for reliability, discretion, loyalty, availability, and legal constraints
