We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Recruiter
to lead hiring efforts for our growing team of door-to-door sales representatives and installers. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates based on hiring criteria provided by leadership.
Success in this role requires someone who understands that recruiting for high-volume positions is a numbers game. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple candidates through the hiring process while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities

Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.

Source candidates for door-to-door sales and installer positions.

Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.

Evaluate candidates using established hiring criteria.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers when applicable.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.

Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress.

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Requirements

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.

Proven experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based positions.

Experience recruiting international candidates for employment opportunities in the United States is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Indeed and online recruiting platforms.

Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
