Role Overview
- Lead plant-wide and corporate-wide projects to optimize, upgrade and enhance controls systems
- Develop and improve machine and process concepts with a cross-functional team
- Manage project scope, schedule and budget
- Implement PLC and Robot logic changes
- Modify documentation for electrical schematics and operations instructions
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations
- Coordinate electrical control equipment build, installation and training
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering
- 1 – 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment
- College level written and verbal English skills
- College level Geometry, Algebra, and Trigonometry
- Strong Root cause problem solving, visualization and quality tools
- Microsoft Office programs proficiency
- Programming Skills: Proworx NXT, Modsoft, Panel Builder, Vision Ware, Motion Ware, RS View 32, FTView, RS Logic 5, RS 500, Studio 5000, Ignition, Fanuc Robo Guide, Cognex Vision Tools, Keyence Vision Tools
