Strong sales experience in a target-driven environment
Proven ability to generate new business and hit revenue targets
Confidence working in an outbound, phone-based role
Experience managing a portfolio with renewal responsibility
Excellent time management
Strong relationship-building skills and establishing trust without being face-to-face
Commercial mindset, you understand how to grow a book of business

Experience in insurance, preferably in account management.
