Role Overview
The Global Program Manager leads the retail advocacy strategy and program execution across internal and external teams and partners-driving measurable sales growth through best-in-class retail engagement, training, and data-driven decision making.
Manage cross functional projects or programs (group of projects) from start to end with considerable business impact across multiple organizations.
Partners with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources and training assets.
Monitors project and/or program's progress, resolves dependencies, evaluates risks, and communicates status to leadership team and other stakeholders.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Digital Marketing, Education/Learning) and 6+ years of experience in project/program management OR a master's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience OR a PhD with 2+ years of experience.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams, e.g., expertise in KPI development, executive communications, vendor and virtual team management, budget management processes
Demonstrated retail and/or sales knowledge to drive training to coincide with key moments and milestones, manage internal and external alignment
Deliver results within scope and budget.
Flexibility to work across time zones to support collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
