Role Overview
- Enhance and modernize existing Java-based web applications.
- Improve front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Refactor legacy code and implement best practices.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Share knowledge with the team.
- Participate in product design discussions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Drive code quality through testing and reviews.

- Proactively monitor application health and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong experience with relational database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube.
- Experience with production support and incident management.
