- Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents
- Determine coverage, liability, damages and adjust claims
- Mentor junior employees
- Review and evaluate moderate to complex injury claims
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in claims adjusting
- Familiarity with MI statute, MCCA handling and MI litigation (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of insurance policies
- Skills in case management and claims resolution
- Ability to negotiate and evaluate complex claims
