support the operational execution of the Data Governance program across Fidelity Institutional (FI) and Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS)
own and coordinate critical governance processes, including Data Oversight Committee (DOC) intake management, governance forum operations, meeting coordination, documentation, and action item tracking
ensure governance submissions meet established standards
facilitate stakeholder engagement
maintain governance records and support audit readiness and transparency
coordinate access and provisioning activities
validate access requests for completeness and proper approvals
ensure governance decisions are implemented effectively across supported platforms
maintain accurate data asset inventories, ownership assignments, classifications, business glossary terms, and metadata standards
monitor governance activity and operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in data governance, data operations, access management, or a related discipline; experience in a regulated industry preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
Familiarity with governance and access tools (e.g., Collibra, MyAccess, Snowflake) and DG policy framework is a plus
