Apply DoD Test & Evaluation (T&E) processes in the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test activities;
Conduct T&E activities to verify system performance;
Develop test plans, validation plans, and procedures;
Analyze test data and provide recommendations;
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
Ensure all test activities follow DoD standards and applicable security considerations.

2+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field;
5+ years relevant experience with Master's in related field;
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years relevant experience;
Experience supporting SOCOM, DoD T&E programs, FMS efforts, or similar defense test environments;
Knowledge of DoD Test & Evaluation processes;
Experience developing test plans and test artifacts;
Ability to perform laboratory‑based testing and troubleshoot hardware/software issues;
Strong understanding of technical documentation and communication skills.
