Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs
Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems
Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios
Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management
Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively

Hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform
Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies
Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
Working knowledge of process engineering software systems
Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI (preferred)
Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
