Perform basic laboratory functions including specimen processing, customer service, and data entry procedures
Collect, process, store and transport blood, body fluids and tissue specimens
Perform clerical functions such as faxing, copying and mailing of reports and answering phones professionally
Prepare specimens for basic diagnostic procedures
Operate laboratory equipment/instrumentation
Perform quality control procedures and routine maintenance
Report test results with limited errors in a timely manner
Communicate unusual supply usage or medical/technical problems
