Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and drive sales through technical expertise.
Lead customer discovery and translate needs into UR/MiR solutions.
Deliver demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept experiences.
Build ROI analyses, proposals, and solution recommendations.
Answer technical questions in RFIs/RFPs and support proposals.
Guide customers and partners from design reviews to pilots and scale-up.
Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and hands-on sessions.
Support proof-of-concept and pilot deployments at key customer sites.
Create reference architectures and best-practice guides for Physical AI adoption.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred for candidates with deeper AI/ML robotics research experience.
3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Applications, Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Account Management in robotics, automation, or AI.
Ability to partner with sales teams to drive revenue through technical expertise.
Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 for robot application development and integration.
Experience designing or integrating perception, manipulation, or mobile robot systems using sensors and AI inference pipelines.
Proficiency in Python; C++ familiarity is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the Bay Area and occasionally nationally.
