Role Overview
Execute regional market strategy in alignment with global segment objectives and business goals.
Drive sales growth and revenue generation by supporting regional sales teams and identifying new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Manage the regional product portfolio, aligning offerings with customer needs, market demand, and business priorities.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer insights to provide strategic recommendations to global leadership.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and oversee regional budget planning and management for the market segment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and operations teams to address regional market requirements.
Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and maintain market competitiveness.
Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
Identify regional business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to support sustainable growth and operational success.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in market segment management or related roles.
Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics for the IF segment.
Expertise in customer relationship management.
Turbomachinery industry experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Filter experience is highly desirable.
