- deep focus on marketing strategy, marketing technology, systems and processes, customer data and AI-enabled marketing capabilities
- thought leader in marketing transformation and technology strategy
- experience defining and implementing AI-enabled marketing operating models
- confidence working across sector verticals such as banking and insurance
- excellent client handling skills with experience leading external client projects
