Role Overview
Coordinate on-site service work and ensure it complies with ABB's and the customer's guidelines.
Act as the single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians across Switzerland.
Organize and manage service orders, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations in the medium
and low-voltage sector.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the service team to ensure efficient planning and execution of daily service activities.
Continuously monitor resource allocation and respond flexibly to changing requirements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational education/training.
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in service planning, for example as a Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, service, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
Fluent in German, both written and spoken; good command of English and French is considered a plus.
