About this role
Role Overview
Assist in the processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
Support the Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll related laws and regulations.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in payroll.
English B2 level.
Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
