Support the brand’s organic strategy through content calendar planning, tone of voice, and channel performance, using an analytical approach aligned with the media strategy.
Direct and monitor external partners, publishers, and agencies, ensuring deadlines are met and activities align with our OKRs.
Streamline processes and increase day-to-day productivity through automations and generative artificial intelligence tools.
Propose, design, and run continuous growth experiments based on business hypotheses and data analysis.
Translate platform metrics and data into macro-level impact and business intelligence.
Work collaboratively with other marketing teams and maintain direct communication with key areas such as Product, Risk, and Finance.
Requirements
Solid prior experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on paid media, management of organic channels, and coordination of agencies or external partners.
Hands-on proficiency operating advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others) and web analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, produce reports, and turn insights into actionable business plans.
Experience structuring and executing growth tests (A/B testing) focused on measurable results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Advanced organizational skills and autonomy to manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, using generative AI tools and automations to optimize processes.
