About this role

Work with architects, designers, and contractors to promote product specifications for masonry systems
Identify key targets and projects within the German masonry market
Build and manage projects pipeline and track opportunities from design to execution
Engage architects and General Contractors to integrate products into specifications
Collaborate closely with the Masonry Market Sales Manager to align on market strategy and pricing policies
Support the development of cooperation and contractual agreements for sales
Collaborate with the Innovation Manager to support design processes and address certification requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales or related roles
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Strong customer service, analytical and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold.
Knowledge of the sales process for construction projects
Knowledge of construction project phases, including design stage requirements
Understanding of construction codes, certifications and requirements.
