Perform site assessments and evaluate technology infrastructure and end-user device requirements.
Prepare and submit E-Rate funding applications through the USAC Portal.
Respond to Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews and funding inquiries.
Manage procurement activities, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Develop strategic plans, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate ISP and vendor migrations.
Collaborate with library directors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
