You will be the strategic owner of Scania's portfolio within your area of expertise.
Combine customer insights, commercial understanding, market trends and technology opportunities into a clear direction for the future portfolio.
Bring people together, challenge assumptions, build alignment across functions and drive discussions forward until decisions are made.
Facilitate workshops, analyse customer insights, visit customers or chase the right people to unblock decisions.
Influence product development projects and shape roadmaps that determine Scania develops and why.

Experience from service business, uptime solutions, commercial strategy or portfolio management is highly valuable.
Experience working across functions in an international environment and previous managerial positions.
Curious by nature and genuinely interested in customers, markets and business.
You ask thoughtful questions and connect dots others don't see.
Comfortable navigating uncertainty and not someone who gets stuck analysing forever.
You are a doer and enjoy turning ideas into progress.
