Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
Design technical solutions together with internal stakeholders and external partners
Collaborate with vendors such as BanqSoft throughout development and implementation
Develop and maintain integrations, automations, and smaller application enhancements
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support
Ensure delivered solutions align with our architecture, quality standards, and business processes
Partner with the respective business departments to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements within the Credit & AML application landscape

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience developing and maintaining business applications
Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and SQL databases
Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience collaborating with external software vendors or development partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
Fluency in English
