Senior Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer

VentureTech Group (VTG) is looking for an experienced Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to join our delivery team. You'll work directly with clients and teammates to design, build, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform best practices
• Own end-to-end integrations using MuleSoft and REST APIs
• Partner directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Build and support enterprise integrations processing large volumes of data
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on complex implementations
• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement across delivery teams

Requirements:

• Deep Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations)
• Strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience
• Experience owning integrations from design through delivery
• Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating technical concepts
• Someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and figuring things out
