About this role

Own the operational delivery of marketing campaigns from approved brief to launch.
Build campaign timelines, workback schedules and delivery plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track.
Manage approvals, dependencies, risks and changing priorities.
Keep campaign documentation and workflows accurate and up to date.
Partner with teams to balance priorities, capacity and delivery timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Project Management or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Confident managing competing priorities, timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
A collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or Monday.com.
