Work closely with Engineering and Design from problem definition through delivery
Keep the team focused on outcomes while making smart scope trade-offs
Ensure we ship high-quality product improvements with measurable impact
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to understand customer needs and market signals
Communicate product direction clearly to stakeholders across the company
Bring structure and clarity without creating unnecessary process
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration
Strong track record of shipping products or features that created measurable customer or business impact
Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders
Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome-based product management
Experience working on complex products with multiple user types, workflows, permissions, or integrations
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work
Strong understanding of how AI can change user workflows and product experiences
Ability to evaluate AI product ideas critically, including quality, trust, usability, and adoption risks
Comfortable working with technical teams on AI-powered features, even if you are not an AI engineer
Curious, experimental, and pragmatic about AI: excited by the potential, but grounded in real customer problems
Strong problem-framing skills: you can turn vague input into clear product direction
Strong analytical thinking: you use data well, but don’t hide behind it when judgment is needed
Strong UX instincts: you care about simplicity, usability, and product quality
Strong communication skills: you can explain product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong ownership: you don’t wait for perfect instructions before moving things forward
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field
Equivalent practical experience can substitute for formal education
Benefits
A high-impact role in a fast-growing EdTech scale-up
The opportunity to work on AI-first products that shape the future of workplace learning
A multicultural team with colleagues across multiple countries
A high-ownership environment where fresh ideas are encouraged
