Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally. They are seeking a hands-on Product Manager with expertise in product design and AI-centric environments to drive execution across multiple initiatives and coordinate global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Guide project strategy using deep expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and data science
- Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies while using Jira (mandatory) for project tracking and backlog management
- Leverage AI tools extensively to optimize daily project management tasks, workflows, and delivery
- Develop metric-driven reports and dashboards using Tableau (mandatory) to communicate project health
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks for data and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience as project manager
- Project Management, Agile Project Management managing Data and AI related projects
- Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing data transformations, aggregations, and business logic
- Hands-on with LLMs and practical implementation of RAG-based AI systems
- Excellent communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and summaries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
