You take central product responsibility for group-wide integration topics at Proalpha.
You ensure that products, legal entities and teams collaborate with clear priorities so integrations progress in a structured way.
At the interface between Product, Program Management and Engineering you create transparency, orientation and binding decisions.
You manage the group-wide integration approach and build a roadmap that makes all relevant integrations between our companies visible.
Using a transparent prioritization framework, you evaluate integration initiatives fairly, make dependencies visible and convince stakeholders with clear arguments.
As the owner of central integration products such as our API portal, you jointly decide on design, technology and further development together with the engineering team.
You identify bottlenecks early, escalate in a targeted way and create clarity before issues become problems.
In exchange with product owners, software architects and engineering teams you are the central point of contact for standardized integration.

Degree or comparable qualification in a field related to product management, technology or business
Several years of experience in product or program management within complex, group
or corporate-wide environments with many stakeholders
Solid understanding of APIs, interfaces, architecture, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks and technical decision-making processes
Initiative, strong communication skills, diplomatic demeanor, analytical thinking and resilience in a true interface role
Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment
