Build Simple Online Doctor's paid social capability from the ground up starting with Meta.
Develop creative testing frameworks, audience strategies and campaign structures that drive efficient customer acquisition.
Take direct ownership of Google Ads to maximize reach and performance within budget.
Explore channels like Bing PPC for incremental value.
Run structured experiments across key funnel entry points, execute CRM campaigns focused on retention and LTV.
Use GA4 and Looker Studio to track performance, monitor CAC, LTV and conversion rates.

Extensive hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong focus on paid social and paid search
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
Familiarity with Braze or similar CRM platforms is a bonus
Understanding of the Australian market and its digital media landscape is important
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry is beneficial but not essential
Comfortable working within compliance and clinical guidelines when developing creative and campaign strategy
