Internal coordination: manage governance for the Large Ground-Mounted Installations department in France — prepare operational steering committees and executive committee meetings in alignment with each Directorate; facilitate committee sessions; take meeting minutes, draft and distribute reports, and track completion of actions and decisions made during meetings; ensure smooth information flow to and from the Large Ground-Mounted Installations department in France.
Administrative and organizational support: manage calendars for the Large Ground-Mounted Installations management in France — assist with scheduling and organizing travel/special events; provide occasional support in preparing and monitoring administrative files (urban planning authorizations, building permits, environmental studies, etc.); set up, update and monitor dashboards and internal tools; track agreements, contracts and signatures, particularly those related to projects; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, reminders and document archiving; organize, track and archive physical and digital project documents.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) — training in executive assistance, SME/SMI management, administration or similar
5 years of experience in a comparable role
Experience in renewable energy, construction (BTP) or land-use planning
Interest in the energy transition and sustainable development
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Good mastery of PowerPoint (internal presentations and for external partners)
Comfortable with Microsoft Word (notes, minutes, correspondence)
Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com)
Rigour and strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects at different stages
Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
