Associate Import CHB Coordinator

Role Overview

• Assist with preparing and processing customs entries.
• Review shipment documentation for compliance.
• Support adherence to customs regulations and procedures.
• Escalate documentation discrepancies and compliance concerns.
• Participate in training programs and coaching sessions.
• Build knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
• Enter and manage data within brokerage systems.
• Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Internship or exposure to logistics or customs brokerage (preferred).
