Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI’s Global Value to “Abide in Christ”
Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Education, English, Mathematics, Science, etc.)
Classroom teaching experience
Experience mentoring, coaching, or collaborating with other teachers (formal or informal) strongly preferred.
Strong relational skills, humility, cross-cultural adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
