Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering/STEM roles and sales/business roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
Post job openings and manage requisitions across various platforms.
Source candidates through multiple channels.
Screen resumes and conduct pre-employment phone screenings.
Guide candidates through the interview process.
Prepare and submit hiring approval requests.
Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters.
Plan and host New Hire Orientation.
Maintain applicant tracking system records.
Track and report recruiting metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
Experience recruiting for both technical/engineering and sales roles strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting within automotive, manufacturing, or R&D environments a strong plus.
PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be reliable (with reliable mode of transportation).
Strong work ethic.
Must have proven multitasking and organizational skillset.
Service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
