Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.
2–3 years of hands-on experience moderating online UGC (whether for product reviews, social media platforms, or online community forums).
The capability to quickly read, assess, and categorise content accurately against strict criteria.
A willingness to learn, adapt your performance, and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
Highly proficient with online messaging, web applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong professional English communication skills, including a solid grasp of colloquial language and cultural vernacular.
Immediate Availability: You must be able to start on 1st September 2026 (no exceptions).
Hybrid Schedule: Willingness to work from office 3 days a week.
Flexible: Open to working slightly shifted hours a couple of days a month (always given with plenty of prior notice).
