Role Overview
- Defining and communicating the requirements and business value in collaboration with the client, solution engineering and other stakeholders
- Maintaining and prioritizing a sufficient backlog of ready-to-work backlog items to facilitate Sprint Planning
- Accepting User Stories as being completed based on their established acceptance criteria
- Proactively participate in release and product increment planning
- Contributing to the Product Roadmap to realize the goals of the Product Vision and Strategy
- Collaborating with product team members in writing stories
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment
- Demonstrable understanding of Agile product management principles with Scrum
- Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence) or similar tools
- CSPO certification or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of APIs
- Working knowledge and experience using AI tools, including ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Figma Make to create Product Artifacts
- A business or technical degree
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
