Work directly within the six-person Customer Success team on current client and AI projects
Support Customer Success Managers in preparing onboarding for new clients, e.g., setting up client accounts in the software
Assist customers with issues or questions via email
Actively contribute to the development and programming of internal AI processes
Support the Customer Success team with other project-based tasks and take responsibility for your own subprojects to optimize customer communication and team collaboration
Requirements
Enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student for at least the next 6–12 months
Quick to grasp, proactive, and someone who gets things done rather than just talking
Native-level German and C1/C2-level English
Technical affinity, particularly in software and AI
Previous experience from internships or other working-student roles (plus)
Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, Notion, Slack, Zendesk, or HubSpot (plus)
