5+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, creator media, social media, or related fields
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong bias toward execution
Experience creating and distributing content across channels and formats
Fluency with modern content and AI tools
Strong judgment informed by data, audience insights, and performance signals
A track record of operating independently, managing projects, and getting high-quality work out the door
