responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the customer's IT infrastructure
provide the technical solutions for customer concerns, such as compromised servers, managed server tasks, website and server migrations or error analysis on the websites
documentation collection, server construction or provisioning as well as proactive monitoring of the internal infrastructure
install, configure and administer servers, networks, applications and applications for the benefit of customers
familiarise yourself with new technologies and support in professional development through intensive training

a completed technically oriented vocational training in the IT sector or relevant professional experience in the IT sector
very good knowledge of administration under Linux (Shell/Terminal)
service-oriented, independent and responsible action in technical customer support, in dealing with hardware and in Windows server administration
English language skills (mandatory, as this is our company language)
initial knowledge of Bash scripting and basic programming skills would be desirable
Experience in dealing with databases (SQL)
Sound knowledge of German
