Senior Manager Business Development – Digital Health

Role Overview

• Support the development of innovative platform business models in the area of Business Development for Digital Health
• Identify collaboration opportunities and suitable partners
• Analyze market and company data and prepare presentations and decision papers
• Support the acquisition of partners and customers for new business models
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings
• Develop project ideas and create business cases
• Responsible for designing personalized patient journeys and supporting their implementation during the rollout phase

Requirements

• University degree with a strong academic record (e.g., Health Economics, Digital Health, Economics)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the German healthcare market (e.g., in business development or strategic consulting)
• Strong network of contacts in pharma or digital health
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and projects
• Analytical, structured thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident in the use of relevant AI tools and project management methodologies
• Sense of responsibility and a team-player mentality with cross-functional thinking
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• High level of initiative, hands-on mentality and a 'get-things-done' attitude
