Functional and disciplinary leadership of the finance team
Business partner to the CEO and CFO as well as to all employees
Further development of controlling tools and methods
Management of external accounting
Invoice review and verification; management of document flow to accounting
Expansion of product
and project-related cost and performance accounting
Definition and calculation of company-level, product-level and project-level KPIs
Ongoing analyses of cost structures and performance metrics, creating transparency on opportunities for efficiency improvements
Project-related reporting for the agile development teams in continuous close coordination with project teams
Proactive controlling through early variance and success analyses and recommendations for action
Monthly closings and periodic reporting at company and project level
Forecasts and operational/tactical as well as strategic planning in close cooperation with the CEO and CFO

Degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance and controlling
Initial professional experience in a comparable position
Preferably complemented by experience in project controlling
Confident use of financial software (SAP, DATEV, Lexware, etc.), BI systems (Power BI, etc.) and MS Excel
Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, web)
Team-oriented collaboration comes naturally to you

Very good written and spoken German and English
