Provide technical leadership for infrastructure-related planning, supervision, and monitoring activities
Ensure all works are delivered safely, within scope, budget, and on time
Collaborate with key project stakeholders including government agencies and local NGOs
Conduct detailed infrastructural assessments and prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
Implement quality assurance plans for construction activities and facilitate orientation sessions for service providers
Prepare and submit progress reports on the implementation status of works

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong technical knowledge of early childhood care and education (ECCE) infrastructure standards
Proficient in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must be fluent in English.
