Role Overview
- Test and fine-tune open-source models
- Design and develop machine learning systems
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets
- Optimize the performance of existing models and ensure their maintenance

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role focused on AI and data science
- Proficiency in fundamental NLP / LLM / RAG methods
- Programming experience with strong knowledge of algorithms and statistics
- Familiarity with current technologies and trends in the AI field
- Data analysis skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
