Build deep understanding of the commercial refrigeration market, including customer needs, value chain, competition, and regulatory trends
Develop market segmentation, quantify value drivers, and build compelling value propositions for target customer segments
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from ideation to execution, including commercialization planning and launch coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for OEM engagement and partnership development
Engage with customers, OEMs, industry experts, and market research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
Support development of business models and ecosystem strategies that enable scalable adoption of Solstice solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally (BD, R&D, TS, Regulatory, Sales, Product Management) to integrate voice of customer into strategy and execution
Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to provide actionable insights
Own content strategy and technical messaging, and coordinate with customer marketing and technical teams to translate technical insights into compelling customer-facing materials (e.g., case studies, publications, trade shows, conference presentations)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or technical/commercial roles
Experienced working cross functionally and external stakeholders
Willingness and ability to travel (25–40%) for customer engagement, events, and industry participation
Experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry (OEM, contractor, distributor, component supplier or consultant)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand and communicate customer value, including ROI, CapEx, OpEx, and TCO considerations
Background in technical roles (application engineering, product engineering) or data/market analyst
Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, either through direct ownership or participation in cross-functional NPI projects
Familiarity with regulated markets/products and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SNAP, ASHRAE)
Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving market environments
Strong planning, execution and project management skills
A team player and builder
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
