Responsible for confirming attendance at occupational exams and retrieving ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) for system entry and ASO management control.
Issuing the weekly report of pending exams in the system.
Managing and maintaining spreadsheets to prepare reports for supervision.
Requesting outstanding ASOs from service providers.
Entering SOCGED and typing the result date on the eSocial screens in the SOC.
Sending the weekly report on the tasks completed during the week.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in administrative roles and occupational health.
Knowledge of SOC and eSocial is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility, and commitment.
