Register insurance policies using computerized and/or digital systems to reconcile commission payments.
Perform quoting, monitoring, and issuance of proposals through insurers' communication channels and systems to identify the best market terms and options.
Support premium collection operations for policies via telephone service and/or digital tools to ensure receipt of amounts pending regularization.
Provide customer service in person, by phone, and through digital tools so clients are served quickly and accurately according to their needs.
Provide necessary support and assistance to other departments by supplying data and information to ensure continuity of processes and task execution.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, including through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (or equivalent office suite)
Experience with financial risk insurance is a plus (surety bonds, D&O, E&O, credit insurance)
Customer-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, with assertive communication and strong organizational skills.
