Oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of BlackLine Journal Entry processes across the company
Focus on improving financial close and reporting processes through standardization, automation, strong controls, and governance
Design, implementation, and optimization of Black Line Journal Entry capabilities
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across accounting operations
Establish and manage governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
Lead change management efforts and promote user adoption of new processes and technology
Build and oversee the Black Line Journal Entry Center of Excellence (COE)
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial close efficiency, accuracy, and transparency
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver finance transformation goals

10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounting systems
Experience leading finance transformation or system implementation projects (such as BlackLine, SAP, or Oracle)
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial close processes
Experience with process improvement, internal controls, and SOX compliance
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Accounting, Finance, and IT teams
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
MBA preferred.
