Own and ship your surfaces – take features from problem through UX, UI, handoff, QA and implementation support.
Design from the why – understand the goal, user need, and what needs to be true for experiences to work.
Bring a point of view – help shape the right solution, ask smart questions, and make the work better.
Build on the system – reach for existing patterns and components first, flag the gaps, and help grow a design system that’s actively coming together.
Pressure-test ideas early – share work before it’s polished, give useful feedback, and use design review to make the direction stronger.
Help raise the quality bar – spot inconsistencies, call out debt, suggest better patterns, and treat quality as an ongoing part of the work, not a final pass.
